Kuroshitsuji

Today more figures that will be on there way and to let people know what's out there. The focus of today's figures, if you couldn't tell from this entries title, is the show Kuroshitsuji. I enjoy this show a lot so it was a no brainer when it came to these figures. Lets get to it.



Kuroshitsuji - Trading Arts Vol. 1 Set of 5
This set of figures ranges from about 4.5 inches - 5.5 inches. The figures showcase some main characters from the first part of the show. Release date is 04/30/2009. Also a bad or a good thing this does say vol. 1 so we can hope for more releases in the future.


Kuroshitsuji - Sebastian Nendoroid PVC Figure
Again I love Sebastian so I have high hopes for this figure. The multiple facial expressions they have for him are very funny. Release date is 08/31/2009.

Vocaloid Len - 2 figures

I hope you all love Vocaloid like I do. They're all so cute and I love to collect what I can of them. Which brings me to today's figures. I recently ordered two Len figures, once I receive them I'll give actual reviews but I'm excited about them.

Vocaloid - Nendoroid Kagamine Len PVC Figure
He's 10cm tall and very cute. I should have him when I get back from vacation.

Vocaloid - Len Figma
About 10cm tall. I like Figmas a lot. Multiple faces and lots of ways to pose. Figmas do have joints that you can see so some people may not like that but they're nice figures that don't cost a lot. Again should have after vacation.









I figure I haven't ordered but am still thinking about. If you really like Len, you might want the Vocaloid - 1/8 Kagamine Len PVC Figure. He is a statue and comes in just this one pose. I see him running for $64.79 and just so you know he's only preorder at this time. Release date is 07/10/2009. This Len figure is 16cm tall. From the photos paint job looks nice and I do like the pose and expression, it really captures him.




I still have quite a few orders that I'll post about soon; Gundamn Seed, Kuroshitsuji, Shugo Chara, and Volcaloid Kaito. If you know about any males figures that are out or coming out let me know. I'm always interested in all the figures I can see.

It's Been Along Time

Wow did I forget this thing existed or what? No actually I didn't but I just haven't had the time to keep up on it. Now, I'm back at school full-time and doing work part-time. Vacation at the end of this week and I'm trying to get all of my school work done before then. The main reason for this post is this comment though: I keep struggling with what I should do with a blog. First it was all about anime music videos but I haven't been making any of those lately. Then it was supposed to be about writing but besides school I haven't been doing much of that either. So now I think it will be a little of both of the above along with my experiences at anime conventions, reviewing anime and manga (come on I own over 2,000 manga's you think I could tell people about them) and also anime figurine reviews. My figurine reviews will mostly focus on male figures since I know I personally have a very hard time finding any and when I do they're usually older or out of stock ones. So I'd like to keep people who care in the know. So let's get down to it.

You-my-con!!!

No I still haven't pre-reged for Youmacon but I will as soon as I get paid today. Also I'm planning out ideas for my AMV for the con. Really sucks that my external hard drive with all of my Anime and AMV files is now dead. I need to send it in to get fixed but I know it's going to cost a ton...NOOOOOOOOOO! *cough* *cough* Yeah, anyway. Youmacon sounds like tons of fun this year. Especially with all the people that are going. Lets have a blast!

Jiminy Cricket

This title is actually pretty literal. My room is in a basement for those who didn’t know. It’s actually quite comfortable, I have a dislike of light while I’m trying to sleep that is only rivaled by vampires and certain monsters. About two days ago my basement room with attached cellar doors acquired a little friend. We shall call him Jiminy Cricket, though by no means dose he now invoke happy thoughts for me. It becomes more of a swear word. JIMINY CRICKET!! Please imagine that to be a profanity…
We’ll start at the beginning, which is not where all great stories start, sometimes it’s the end. But non the less we’ll start around there, plus no one said this was going to be a great story. One night when I was resting my head to drift off to sleep I heard a rather loud chirping of a cricket. I passed this up to the fact that my room has a door that leads out and then up to cellar doors and he was merely near them , thus causing him to be extra loud. Then I drifted off to sleep. Woke up the next day, went to work and came home at about 6 in the evening. Only to discover that there was a loud chirping noise once again. This struck me as rather odd. What crazy cricket is out at 6 in the evening, considering that it’s still extremely bright at this time, so this lead to an investigation. I stood by the door to observe that, yes the noise was very loud from there. So then the investigation took the next logical step. I traveled outside to the outer part of the cellar door to see if there was a cricket…but there was no cricket. I stomped around and moved grass but there was no cricket. Next step, stomp on cellar door. The sudden hush of a startled cricket. Indeed Jiminy Cricket was trapped in the area between my room and the outside. I went back to my room and thought, it’s ok he’ll die soon enough.
Not soon enough. As I went about my business that night I could hear the chirp chirps. These once normal then annoying chirps were beginning to become sad. I thought about poor Jiminy Cricket out there stuck in the bottom of a well of sorts, with no food slowly starving to death. It pained my heart. Sadly though my extreme fear of bugs would not allow me to open the door and mercifully kill him for the fear of him jumping on me and causing immediate death…dramatic, I think not! So I had to bear with the thought of poor Jiminy wasting away. It truly troubled me.
The next day, my day off, and not a sound from poor little Jiminy. He had gone on his way I was sure. Bless his heart, and not in the southern swear word way. I’m sad to say I didn’t give Jiminy much thought until late that night I was lying in bed and a very loud chirping began. You sneaky bastard! You tricked me! You were quite all day sleeping or something! The anger built and the hatred began toward Jiminy Cricket! Again when I came home from work tonight around 10, JIMINY CRICKET!!! Now I have no sympathy for the beast. I WANT HIM DEAD!!! I think I’ll open up the cellar and spray massive amounts of RAID down there. Farewell Jiminy Cricket. But still I hope you rest in peace…fuck…

Pass the Liquid Poison

A bubble. A bubble. A bubble. It’s liberating. It’s intoxicating. It’s a fucking toxic. The drink goes down. The lights go up. We’re all a fucking star. Smile. Laugh. Act on the stage. But who the fuck is the audience?
I get it, it’s great. Lets all drink our fucking minds out. Forget our problems. Forget ourselves. Forget about this shitty world and how we fucking hate our shitty little lives. What The fuck are you thinking? Is this really making it any better? You don’t think the world likes you? So fucking forget it. I’ll make the world like me, I’ll drink myself happy. I’ll be a blast. Everyone will want me around. Fucking. Sucking. Everyone will want me. No one gets it.
We’re all so hung up on ourselves. Our self hating rants, raves and we don’t get it. This fucking, this fucking beautiful world loves us. There are people who love us. Cherish us. Cry about us. We like to think we’re alone. That no one cares but there’s a thousand and one of those. I don’t want to be one of those. It’s become a fucking cliché to be sad, to be happy. Just be fucking you. People don’t like it fuck them. The only person you need to like you is yourself or nothing, nothing will make you feel any better.
It’s not easy. It’s about forgiving, forgetting. Forgive yourself. Don’t forget yourself…

Lots of Things

Bleh! Inventory tonight at work. Really I don't mind though. I have to be there till late but we just over see things, so not so bad and then I have tomorrow off! YaY! Also tomorrow I'm gonna go join a bowling league finally! I haven't bowled on a league in so long it makes me happy inside!

Really not to much is going on. A few days ago at work there was a guy working on plumping in our ceiling and he went upstairs and told the Buckle not to use any of their toilets or sinks but alas they did. So when he was up there working suddenly water came rushing out at him and knocked him off of his latter. He fell, possibly broke his ankle, we don't know for sure. Much chaos ensued. And books where ruined in the process.

My new obsession is Pinky St figures. They're the cutest little figures that are available in Japan and have completely interchangeable parts. Sooo cute! I have one that I just paid $53 for coming from Japan. It'll probably take a month or so to get here. I can't wait. I'm also going to customize them so That'll be fun and also a part of this blog.

Yeah just to let everyone know this blog will be about whatever I want. From rants and musings on life, stories about things that have recently happened, Anime music videos, Anime cons, Pinky St figures and customizing them and anything else I may want. If you read it I hope you have fun. Most posts will have pictures with them but not this one. I have to go to work soon.

Oh and only a little from my next pay check and all my debt is paid off! It took from all the way back in Aug till now but it's gonna be over and for once I truly learned my lesson. Before I didn't see how it really affected me but now I do. Working 40hrs every week but only getting less than $90 from those pay checks to use for a 2 week period is hard. Soon I shall have money to spend but shock! I'm also going to put money back too.

Well that's all for this post. Since I don't really get to talk to people that often, also something that should be rectified soon since I'll have money to do things, I hope this is a way for people to know what's up with me in the very least. Hope everyone is having a great spring break!
